We got our unit quickly and we had 1 issue the 4th controller slot didn’t work properly, he sent another one out right away and that unit worked great. I contacted the seller about my issue and they responded very quickly. They asked if I wanted a full refund or if I wanted to wait a week for a new shipment. I have family coming over to play so I accepted the refund. They told me to keep it and apologized. Very good seller just wish I had the time to wait.
