I contacted the seller who went out of his way to help me on the day after Boxing Day. He offered advice, sent me an installation video. Then he discovered that it was the capacitors on the board that was the problem. He sourced an Arctic Freezer 7X fan that did fit. He could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this seller. Many, many thanks.

Seller called me straight after ordering to say he had run out of 2 year licences and asked if I was ok to receive 2 x 1 year licences for the same price, which can be piggybacked. I agreed as I have done this before. Received in post today and entered the two codes to extend my current package by 2 years with no issues. Highly recommended seller.

However the last ones I got the product code was exposed unlike the first two I got. The seller phoned me to explain the situation and later through eBay I warned him about using trade marks of companies on products that the company did not make unless they get written permission to use it from the original company which in this case is Symantec.
