  Neutral feedback, instead of negative, only because the item was eventually received. Purchased on Dec. 17th. No communication from seller. Patiently waited until Dec. 31st before messaging, as item still didn’t show as “shipped”. Was told they’ll check with the post office. Turns out, item had not been shipped in all that time. Tracking info was finally added on Jan. 2nd. Received today, Jan. 4th, 16 DAYS after ordering. Mistakes happen, but a lack of communication & follow-up sure didn’t help.
