First delivery had incorrect 12 speed cog in packaging ( screw down crown fell inside the cog!). Amazing response from Airbikes and I received a replacement within 36hours of contacting them. Beautiful looking product too. Interesting to see how long it lasts but very competitive pricing compared to OEM.
