    Great Chicks and then not so great!

    "They Drive By Night" is one of my most favorite film noirs out there. It has a great cast and top notch acting to boot. The storyline is super and so is the script. This is about two truckers who want to go independent but they are having a rough time doing that. Humphrey Bogart and George Raft are the truckers and Ann Sheridan and Ida Lupino are the women they get involved with. All these people are trying to do is to make a living except for one of them. That person has some bad ideas in mind! Both Ann Sheridan and Ida Lupino put their all into their roles. Highly recommended. I think that Ida Lupino should have been nominated for an Oscar for her role. Happy viewing!

    Great movie, bad disc

    The actors are great, Debbie Reynolds being my favorite actress of all time and you can't beat Frank Sinatra's voice. The disc is garbage though. Only half of the movie was on it.

    Review of Tender Trap

    This is a great movie. Its hard to beat Debbie Reynolds. If you add Frank Sinatra then you definitely have an entertaining movie. I am so glad to be able to find this classic and add it to my collection of favorites.

    Another Bogie for the Collection!

    I love Humphrey Bogart especially when he plays the heavy with "tongue-in-cheek" as he does in this oldie. Many laughs and the chance to see stars of yesteryear. Well worth the price of the disk!!
