Hence I only received it one day earlier than if I'd selected regular post.

Had help adjusting to required need & then it's very easy to loosen a strap or 2 that are within reach so you can continue to put on yourself unaided. Recommended product, and is doing great things for my bursitis. Still early days but immediate relief once it's on and shoulder does feel and is very stable and used correctly, held in the correct position reducing pain 90+ percent. Recommended seller.
