I was then relieved of £3 odd in postage charge for the Return/Refund, from which the postage was deducted. The supplier should pay for this return , it’s their mistake, not mine . In the light of this experience, my advice is to avoid this seller. Their site offered the Hotpoint component, which I ordered. This sort of service is unacceptable !
