He instructed on refund and all good with that. Next time right part came. Still I think that my 2nd shipping should have been free as I already paid it once (eBay fix this!)

This seller focuses on quality and customer service. This was evident when I received extra goodies in my package ( or I forgot they came with the order ). Either way, since this seller seems focused on Atari, I will return for more soon!
