Intrigued; lost & maintained almost 5 lbs in 1 month, supported w/ clean vegan diet and athletic lifestyle. Possibly partly seasonal & psychosomatic?
Ordered in the end of May, have been taking daily since- wanted to wait to give a fair shot before reviewing the product. I saw results, but not sure how much are psychosomatic or are just from upping my cardio and eating cleaner as the weather warmed up & the garden started producing more to eat. Went from 121.4 to 116.6 lbs in a month and a half, but also supported with a clean vegan diet and very athletic lifestyle with regular ballet/pointe classes every week & yoga, hiking, dance + weight training (some form of exercise for a minimum of 1-1.5 hours almost daily, or my body hurts from the lack of movement). I’ve had more energy. I have less cravings for heavier food (and up my water intake) in the summertime anyways, so not sure how much it curbs appetite but I have been less hungry. I did see results though, I add 1 dropper in my 16-32 oz of water in the AM and drink throughout the morning to lunch. Slight raspberry essence flavor, I enjoy it. I really like that the ingredients are clean, vegan and gluten free! Seems to be of good quality, good ingredients and has been added to my daily supplement regimen. 4/5 stars for not knowing how effective the drops alone have been (disregarding the normal seasonal lifestyle changes).
