It was supposed to be " new other or new without tags". The box is clearly used and that would still be acceptable, but the cardboard box is torn in two places. I message the seller but got no response. The seller does accept returns with the buyer paying the return shipping, but at the original price paid it would not be worth it. In the garbage it goes.
