When I finally installed them on the printer the color one couldn't be recognized by the printer, the black one works fine. I was then out of the frame of return the item and tryied unsuccsefully to contact he seller. After 3 messages without a response a gave up. There were no response at all from seller.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.

I was sent a link to a video that still didn't show me how to do it correctly. I had to find the correct instructions on my own. Just an inconvenience I hope the seller fixes for future buyers. The ink works as it is suppose to though. Just be prepared you might have to figure it out on your own.
