It was recvd in great condition and appearance, dbl boxed for the shipping & maintained it's finish. I bought this & Griffins dbl kick pedal setup for a church kit that I can leave. I have Pearl hardware I use on weekends for gigs, but didn't wanna continuously swap equipm't out, so I bought Griffin. Are they the same in design? Close, but not totally, but then I didn't spend $300 on a hihat.

It looks and feels very solidly build, almost to a fault. It weighs a ton. It works perfectly with my double pedal. I’m on the fence about the rubber part that the bottom cymbal sits on. It sits very solidly but, that is part of my issue. It deadens the sound a bit too much. All in all it is a great value! Geek Stands shipped out my order the next day and it arrived in good time.

As it is time to replenish my supply, this pack seems to be a good value. The cables were packed tightly in the shipping box, which looked a bit beat up, but the cables themselves seem to be fine. They probably didn't endure any worse conditions in shipping than they will in a road case for live use. Enclosed in the package was a flier for other products by the seller. They caught my interest.
