The couriers were a bit of a problem but The Photography shop handled the situation very professionally and sorted out everything very promptly. I would be happy to buy from them again and recommend them to other people too.

The seller apologised very speedily & informed me that the item I wanted was no longer in stock. Complaints? None at all. My money was refunded in full without my asking & a postage paid label was sent for me to return the item. Thephotographyshop puts excellent customer service first & deals with problems swiftly & professionally.
