    Great tool for fastener removal.

    This is a good tool for removing the different size plastic fasteners on your auto. I used mine to remove the fasteners holding the inside trunk liner in my 95 Nissan Maxima so I could remove the trunk liner so I could change out the struts. The tool allowed me to remove each fastener with out breaking or stripping any of them. Not having to buy or replace fasteners will quickly pay for the price of this tool. All the fasteners also popped right out with little effort. Gave 4 stars as I did have to sharpen the front edge of the tool with my grinder so it could more easily get it under the edges of the plastic fasteners.

    Great addition to my toolbox

    Using this tool to remove door panels is much better than trying to use a flat head screwdriver. Sure, you can use a screwdriver but then you risk damage to the panel and the clips. This tool was made specifically for doing a specific job, it's easy to use and is perfectly bent for prying leverage.

    I purchased this tool for some upcoming work I need to do on my car. I'm sure it will work well.

    One of my cars has a damaged door handle that needs to be replaced, plus I need to check for and insure that the plastic vapor barrier is properly installed on all the doors. This tool will make those tasks mucn easier and help to prevent any damage to the door panels.

    Why don’t you have one yet?

    OK I just bought my first one after 30 something years and wonder what the heck why did I not have one of these sooner not only are they perfect for those black little clips that all cars have but they’re great for a variety of other things in my example the metal clips they call then speed nuts used to hold the front bumper on my truck This thing eats them alive if you can’t come up with at least one other purpose for this tool you’re not doing something right because believe me is goofy as these things look and as much as we want to not get them because those clips should just pop out try popping them out with one of these and tell me you’re not convinced get one dammit

    Works

    As others have noted it is to thick and makes it hard to insert under panel. But with a little grinding on tip it works good. Price was right so not a problem.
