    Seller not recommended. Very poor experience on all counts, slow to deliver, poorly packaged, item not as described... Overall poor value for money. Customer service some of the worst I've ever experienced on ebay. Definately buy from someone else as if there is any issue with your item, they will not be accountable, will tell you it will be resolved within 28 days, then block your comms after issue raised which has forced my hand to leave negative feedback. Given up trying to resolve.

    Item was well packaged an received in great condition and very quickly. Its not often that you receive an item that doesn't match the description and that is a good thing :) I was slightly concerned buying a helmet with defects but I really couldn't see anything wrong with it...nor could my son...so great value. In all a really positive experience and will be looking to buy from the seller again.

    Quality lock good value

    Hopefully this lock will never get tested by a thief , but if it does I feel I have done my best and satisfied my insurance company by using a good standard lock . It's easy to use and nicely coated to prevent damage to the bike , I really like all the keys it comes with and the bar coded card that allows you to register keys etc etc . Also something about an anti theft compensation offer on the pack so must log on and check it out .

    Onguard motorcycle chain & lock.

    I purchased the long length chain for use with my motorbike. Ideal size to go through rear wheel and over seat. Chain looks and feels heavyweight and good quality, with a sleeve over to protect paint / bodywork. Only criticism of the sleeve is the velcro tab at each end to keep it in place doesnt really do the job - keeps undoing, but no big deal as it's not going to go anywhere. The chunky small D lock won't allow much space for any prising tools with the chain locked through. Comes with plenty (5) of quality lock keys - the main one with a built in light - great for the dark nights / mornings now. The lock opens and closes easily. It is not spring loaded, so you need to positively lock the bar back on again, but cannot remove your key without doing so in any case. Only reason for 4 stars ...

    Beefy security

    Quite a long chain which is good for locking up more than one bike. Go for shorter if it’s just one. Very robust and a good quality lock.

    Good solid chain by onguard, who make excellent kit, a good sign of locks is 3 keys, these come with 5 keys 😆

    Good length for locking to a fixed object.

    Perfect for what i need to validate my bike insurance. Easy to register the keys and the lock with the UK dealership.
