Losing customer when they could do better
Didn't receive item. Got money back. 2nd time they've let us down. Their products are great but need organising so we get product. They could have solved problem the 1st time I wrote to them. They should find product and come back and tell me if its in stock. I can tell when it's going to go wrong so I got in touch beforehand they just said it takes 7 days or something like. also they not available at weekend. They need to keep an eye on what they have left but foe this vinyl there was plenty left when we paid.
