    May work great for someone else!!!

    I got this book for certain recipes and it did not have these in that I was looking for. This book may work for someone else just fine. It has all kinds of stuff in it of interest for smoking and curing. I did find some recipes for other cures that I was interested in so all was not lost. It had a great section on spices and the different smokers for how much you would want to get into smoking.

    Yummy Book

    Originally bought book for survival and prepping. However, this book has some great recipes and loads of info on BBQ and smoking.
