Awesome lighting system. let down slightly by some lack of detail...
The lights run on a CR2032 battery, not by picking up power from the track, so you can run the coaches lit or unlit - just wave the magnet provided over the coach roof to turn the lights on and off. The brake coaches in these 4 wheel and 6 wheels sets are particularly good with windows at the back as well as the sides, and it's good to mix 3rd class and 1st class because the lights are tinged orange and blue respectively, mainly because the seats are coloured. But the effect is really good - the whole interior is lit up and looks awesome, especially in low light. So why not 5 stars? Because these coaches sell for between £30 and £40, and at that price the detail isn't up to standard - there should be more separately fitted and therefore more realistic detail, whereas everything is just moulded (apart from the step boards, which is a nice touch). The interior detail isn't incredibly realistic either, so only 4 stars - but once you get them lit up, all that doesn't matter!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Past and pressent
