Best Version Of This Anti-heroine Story
I have watched half a dozen remakings of this story & this British t.v. series from the 1980's is by far the best. Funny, at times cringey, charming, romantic, beautiful (& repulsive) scenery - it's a story about a young woman who you love to hate - an anti-heroine. She is always up to no good with a cast of likeable characters. The question is: do you root for her or against her? And how far can charisma alone advance a person's life?
