Easy Exercise
I would recommend this DVD for anyone who needs to start out slowly. I like all of the DVD programs this Canadian lady has produced, this one being one of the easiest stretching programs, several variations to select from.

Great Miranda Esmond-White Offering.
This is a great DVD set, whether you're already a Miranda fan or you've only just discovered her work. The workouts lead you carefully through a range of full body exercises that really do rebalance and restore the right order to your bones and muscles.
