They tried to locate the missing item but could not. The item was refunded as promised. You can buy here with confidence. Communication was a little slow, but every question and concern that I mentioned was addressed professionally and there was a sincere tone in every reply. Shipping was quick and packaging was good. Except for the missing item, everything was as described. Value was great.
