Another great tool for Recovery
This is yet another great book for daily support. Simple and to the point. No matter if you are in Alanon or Naranon this book can be a helpful tool if you are dealing with the effects of someone else's addiction. I recommend it. The readings are one page long but packed full of useful tools and shadings from others in the program. Just setting aside 5 minutes out of each day to read 1 page.. maybe when you wake up (to start off your day, or before you go to bed (to end your night) can be so beneficial.

Wonderful daily reader for adult children of alcoholics
This is a wonderful daily reader, especially for anyone who grew up in a home with a problem drinker. The book has great insight on how we have been affected by someone else's drinking and what we can do about it.

Truly, this is hope for today and tomorrow
The book was in excellent condition. As for the contents, I highly recommend this book. The daily readings are so good. So often, the topic is just what I need for the day. Even though it's suggested for Adult Children, I think that even people who did not grow up in such a family would benefit.

Tackle your life challenges with the help of Hope for Today.
Great Book, highly recommend it to anyone going through personal life challenges. I enjoy the daily readers, they are concise in their message. Hardly takes a min to read a page that's it you got your daily wisdom and it propagates in every aspect of your life.

A Must Read For Everyone
Although this book focuses on Al Anon, the serenity prayer and the daily readings are inspirational and reassuring to our every day life. Many of the passages have impacted on my life and I feel that anyone could benefit from this book.

My, "Hope For Today" book is my favorite book in my Al=Anon Library! And it is the perfect size for traveling.
