The pen was in a cushioned branded pen box that was bubble-wrapped with tape that had no air holes. That care literally saved our purchase and we appreciate so much.Hope all sellers do that for anything that they ship, it really makes a difference.Thank you again for caring.

I was not sure this was the correct item for my pen, but "I" took a chance & unfortunately it was not. I contacted the seller & was graciously told to simply return it for a full refund which I did. **** Great seller, honest, great communication, simply the best!!!!! **** I would definitely buy from again. Only next time I will communicate with seller prior to purchase to ensure I buy the correct part.

Unfortunately I had misunderstood the matching method on the You Tube and the unit did not fit my barrel unit. The seller was most gracious and understanding, & I returned the unit for a refund. Shipping was fast. I highly recommend the seller & will do business with him again.
