Awesome deluxe version of an awesome album
I have no complaints about this album package. I have all the "Anniversary Editions" from Deep Purple Mk2 and I tend to think they're always a great value. However, this version of Machine Head is one of the best. This package includes the original album remastered, the non-album single "When A Blind Man Cries," and quadrophonic mixes of "Maybe I'm a Leo" and "Lazy," and the second disc includes a remixed version of the full album plus the non-album single. You also get a nice booklet and an outer sleeve for the jewel case. Machine Head was my gateway to Deep Purple, and I think anyone who considers themselves a fan of the album or the band will find this deluxe edition interesting, especially in the remixes. I even prefer some of the remixes to the original versions. If you can find this for a decent price in good condition, I'd highly recommend picking it up.

It's great to fall in love with an album all over agagin
The remastering makes this anniversary edition really POP! It's like someone pulled a half dozen thick winter blankets off the speakers...An all time great Rock LP for sure!

Deep Purpler
The album itself is incredible, made even greater by the inclusion of a second cd which features the whole album done by Roger Glover (different versions). Great stuff!

Deep purple machine head remaster
This cd sounds much better than the original recording.i would highly recommend it if you are a deep purple fan.
