Chose Canada post shipping Item was shipped within 12 hours (same day ) of purchase with tracking (tracking shows held up because of strike) Instead of buyer asking me for an update on the shipping or checking the tracking number. They write a poor review. Buyer seems to think they are writing a review for Amazon instead of a small business owner I hope no one has the displeasure of working with this buyer in the future

I bought a new hand vac and was so disappointed in it I returned it. Then I remembered the old Hoover one. I bought a used one from eBay and bought these instructions to go with it. The instructions booklet was shipped quickly but was held up a bit with the postal strike. Once they arrived they were in great shape and packaged nicely. Were as described and a good price.
