We had an unfortunate outcome from the shipper delivering the product to a wrong address and not owning the mistake. This never works out for the seller when this happens, however the seller still stood behind the right thing to do and handled the refund right away. As a business owner myself that ships packages all over the US and Canada daily, I know this is never a fun or easy process to reclaim your money with the shipper. Big Props!!
