Save your money
Horse Whisperer is based upon a book and the characters are disengaging, hard to sympathise with Grace who is despondent after her accident, she is not loving or caring towards anyone or anything except her horse. Robert Redford did a good job considering the bad script he was given to worth with its so sad because her parents and her horse trainer show her love. I have been riding horses since I was 4 years old along with my Great grandfather leading the Big black horse. I have ridden horses forever. I now have a 16.5 hands high, he is a Tennessee trotter, Judies Sisco Kid. I bought him from a Lady and her name is Judy! VHS vs DVD with captions
