The item was shipped almost immediately which gave me a happy surprise. The packaging was rough and didn't seem very protected as it was wrapped with paper and plastic bags. No bubble wrap to help cushion anything. The 3ds was indeed damaged in the indicated spots and was just as described. The price was also very generous as with it being a special edition, it could go for much more. I am excited to have this item.
