A film that will make you THINK. Covid-19 kills!
Covid-19. Today. Now. 2020. This one will frighten you to the bones. Gweneth Paltow, Kate Winslet, Lawrence Fishburne, Matt Damon, Jude Law and Colliard all were excellent in their roles. Its nice to see an American film got this right one the cue.

Prophetable movie reflective of today
Wow! How did the movie makers know we'd be experiencing what's portrayed in the movie? Mass graves, lots of deaths, hospitals overwhelmed with patients, etc. Great acting by the actors, and the inclusion of Sanjay Gupta as a commentator about the contagion is great, almost scary because we all know he's a knowledgeable man and is telling viewers the truth about the situation, just like today.

EXCELLENT Depiction of virus and deadly consequences… Makes you think.
Beginning with Gwyneth Paltrow as patient zero this is a nonstop fast-moving exciting and frightening situation we are actually experiencing except there are many people fighting against common sense reality to wear masks! They would rather be “free, proud and dead!“

Timely viral pandemic film that predicts "social distancing"
Compelling 2011 virus related film that presciently predicts mode of actual origin and is the first to use the term "social distancing". DVD is brand new as advertised and plays perfectly.

Great, terrifying film - I use in classroom to great effect!
I teach biology, and this star-studded cast presents a very plausible reality in terms of pandemics. My high school students are deeply impressed with the content, so my sense is that it would appeal to anyone interested in biology and the looming threat of transmittable diseases. Great details regarding mechanisms of communication and the impact to society/populations if (and when) such an outbreak occurs. Fascinating story line as well, excellently acted by impressive cast!

Definitely Relevant Today
10 years ago, I surprised my then new boyfriend with a trip to a small movie theater and we saw this movie. Fast forward- with events happening now my now husband kept talking about it. Had to buy it - we've watched it twice. Definitely worth it.

All time favorite video about a global killing virus !!
This video containing a few great actors and a good story line that perhaps everyone has contemplated at least once. How do you contain and treat a virus that is highly contagious before it gets out of hand and before it's too late?
