My issue was with the post office. I simply could not review the item. The seller contacted me in a very nice way, and has said he would help me. I had already gone to the post office by that point and the issue has been resolved. My item is exactly as described and I am happy with my purchase. He agreed to take coin back and refund and pay shipping but I decided to keep the coin sent because it was a better one than I had. Whether that was what he hoped would happen, I don't know but I will have to look elsewhere for my Valentinian II. Can't complain, but no compensation was offered.
