Wrong Choice of Product.
It does not support streaming which is a must have these days. It has no internet connectors such as a LAN port or WiFi. The image quality was also poor at 1080. I did not like the Freeview interface. There are no channel numbers displayed other than the one you are watching so I could not go to another channel by entering the number other than to guess what it was. And selecting a number didn’t move it off the one I was watching anyway so I was left with scrolling a page at a time which is painstaking process when you go from 230 To 1. Refund was done quickly but cost £4. As an o.a.p I have limited knowledge of all the devices out there and the terminology that goes with them. Is it an STB, Smart, has it got passthrough, etc. Perhaps some simpler explanation of the products capabilities would help with, perhaps, a mention of what it hasn’t got as well.

Better models on the market
I have another freeview set. but this one is not as good. When you tape a program on a usb stick you cannot record it on your computor as it does not show it comes up blank also the remote is not very good when changing channels it tens to jump from one program to another. otherwise Ok.

Value
I'm a OAP and was looking for a set top box that wasn't over complicated but allowed me record and watch programs in my own time. This box gave me all that and was for me excellent value. Placed order delivered on time. What's not to like

Not really that good as unit didn't work very well, I think it maybe the area that I live in as it wouldn't pick up any signal at all.

I have had to attach an TV signal booste...
I have had to attach an TV signal booster to it to get good recordings, but once I have it works perfect. I love that the recording can be kept and played back on anything.
