It works if you work it.
This is the basic text of the narcotics anonymous program. This program works if you work it. But just reading the book will have little effect; it is recommended that you also attend meetings, get a sponsor, have a conscious contact with a higher power, work the steps, and work with other recovering addicts. Helping Addicts
I try to find these books at a price I can afford to take to addicts new to recovery in rehab facilities that are starting over. It’s a way to give back to the program of NA that saved my life and others.
