MUST HAVE UPGRADE FROM HDD!
I bought this one before for my older laptop so I knew what I'm getting. If you have mechanical Hdd and want to speed up your machine like 10x then look no further. This is your choice. Superb Drive
Wow what a great drive. i installed this and never looked back. The previous mechanical drive would take 3 mins to completely boot my system, whereas this drive with the same system cloned to it takes 15 seconds. Well impressed.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Really speeds things up...
Excellent piece of kit, although migration from a larger drive (with less data than the SSD's capacity) proved trickier than I expected due to multiple partitions. Cloning with Minitool partition wizard did the trick.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

BEST MONEY EVER SPENT ON A LAPTOP!!
AMAZING. YES WITH CAPS ON BECAUSE I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!!! My relatively new, yet slow Acer Travelmate p-238 is now absolutely a pleasure to use. Installing it is super easy, the SSD comes with a software that clones the hard drive so you just need to wait and then reboot. Great bit of kit
This SSD has totally revitalised my computer. Now lightning fast boot time and very responsive. Used it to replace my C drive which was almost full up. Supplied cloning software reluctant to work until I had freed up some space on the drive (approx 500mb) then worked flawlessly. Paid £71 for 250mb in Nov 17. Worth the upgrade to use for Win 10 64bit and reinvigorate older laptop
My first foray into SSDs and wanted this to replace too small a drive on an older laptop with Win 10 32 bit and 4Gb limited RAM issues. Although not the latest SSD this has really sped up my system with Win 10 64 bit (free) and 8GB of RAM (laptop max) to play with. High hopes, delivered
I have now upgraded 4 machines with this SSD, one very old and tired desktop PC (which now goes like the wind - on windows 10, boot times were about 2.5 minutes, now around 12 seconds and everything else is just so much snappier) and 3 laptops which are also much more responsive to use. Anything you have that still has it's OS partition on a spinning hard drive will definitely benefit from installing one of these - the migration software that comes with the drives 9or download from samsung) also makes the whole process really simple.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good back-up or system drive
My Windows 7 OS was irretrievable and rather than install on a standard HD decided on an SSD. Note that if you want to use this as your system drive to install Windows on you cannot do so out of the box. This drive has to be formatted to NTFS, and a 'quick format' won't do. Good and looks and feels official.
Great speed and it works well. Even the laptop I'm using it on doesn't utilise it to 100% half of the time during updates and installs. Would recommend it for a low budget upgrade. But there's far better out there currently so don't consider this impressive compared to other SSDs. But the price for the performance is good. Speed boost.
Windows did not want to clone from the old hard drive with Samsung magician but a new installation sorted all the problems ,the speed difference on my old AND powered laptop is great should have changed to ssd a long while ago.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
