Excellent supplement
Never upsets my stomach. I feel great. Never keeps me awake as some multi’s can. I’ve been taking these for six months. My wife takes the woman’s formula. We both are very satisfied with these. This is a great formulation and is food based.

Potent product of valuable vitamins/minerals.
Powerful source of vitamins and minerals - all in two tablets (not capsules) that aren't too big (i.e., horse pills). Also, organic, GMO-free, real vegetable content, etc. Excellent value for the extra 22 tablets that are a bonus with this product. Thank you Garden of Life.

Best men’s over age 40 + on the market. Even though Jordan Rubin no longer owns garden of life the quality still remains the same.
