Doesn't work very well, really
The only leg strap is too hard to open and close, so I have to slide my heel through it. I moved the forefoot strap as far back as I could, so it's almost under the ball of my foot, but there is no second lower leg strap to keep the brace on. The brace slides down my leg, and my foot tends to slip out the back of the brace. I have waked up many mornings with the brace completely off my foot, and the leg strap down around my ankle. I'm now thinking about creating my own method of holding the brace on--an Ace Bandage, or maybe a big wide Velcro strap, around the ankle.
It is far more comfortable than the brace that is an L-shaped plastic mold over the back of leg, heel, and sole, and nasty straps across the foot that cut. But it's not very effective if it keeps slipping off!
