Great book for the experienced Reloader and Machinist.
Excellent book, lots of great information for those who have a good foundation of knowledge as a machinist. This book is NOT for the Novice or those who lack mechanical aptitude, the one must possess the skills and knowledge to interpret the instructions laid out in this book. A prerequisite of education and skill are very much required to obtain success in using this book. I would recommend that one acquire a " Machinery's Handbook" to go with this book. With some study and practice you can do some amazing things with the information this book offers. You WILL make mistakes and ruin a few cases during your learning (I sure did) . If you have the patience and aptitude, this book is well worth the cost!

handloaders necessity
If you hand load older and odd cartridges this book give answers to a lot of questions you may have about the parent cartridge you're using. it is a good book just to read and look at the cartridges you never heard of. you can learn a lot from this book and enjoy it at the same time.

a good addition
Not very detailed and certainly not a reloading manual but a broad manual on ways and means of constructing many wildcat cartridges. The authority quoted in many of these cartridges P.O. Ackley and his manuals #1 and #2 are a must have for any reloader of non factory ammunition.

This book is a must if you own and shoot old firearms if you have to makes cases for them.
Provides information that is not available any where else with current technology.
