Not an exact replacement even with the same Kohler part number.
Even though it is the same part # as the current one used in my Highline Kohler, it is much SHORTER, and doesn't fill up the tank to the same level even when i adjust the screw needle to the max. At least it fixed the leaking from the old one. Comes with all the parts you need and is a fast replacement. I think a generic fill valve would work just as well for less money.
