Not Bad For The Price
Smooth action. Looks nice. Priced to edc without worry. I would have paid extra for a better blade steel, but that’s not an option (per Kershaw.) It does sharpen well, but that won’t last with use I’m sure. The coating should help with corrosion, but a quality brushed stainless would have been my choice. Other issues would include some sharp edges on the handle and a rather short pocket clip. The clip likes to hang on the bottom of my shirt. Fix these three things and charge an extra $20, and this would be a five star user all day long. In any case, I’d buy it if it’s in your budget. Change the blade steel and I’ll buy another for myself…

There are better knives
The assisted opening feature is slow and drags. The handle has no real grip and generally feels awkward. If you want a good inexpensive Kershaw, I recommend the Fatback, 1935. Quicker opening, lighter feel and great grip.

I bought two
The first,the less expensive version was difficult to open. But the problem rectified itself with a good cleaning,and oiling. The second one,this model was worse. To fix it,I had to enlarge the detent hole. Eventually I did the first one too. Kershaw is my favorite knife company,for everyday carry. Sorry guys,you dropped the ball on this one. One thing that helped was loosening the bottom screw a bit. But not enough. I’m no novice when it comes to knife tuning,the time spent was not worth it. Buy the Dividend instead. An almost perfect EDC knife

Very cool design
The carbon fiber on the handle make this a very interesting knife.love the blade shape and cuts very well.just a very good edc knife

Great Knife for the price.
Mine came razor sharp out of the box. I carry it everyday. It’s delightfully light and very well made at the price point. I highly recommend it. Great design. Take care of it and it’ll last a very long time.
