It takes getting used to the motion but ...
It takes getting used to the motion but it provides a decent workout. It doesn’t take up much room, which is great. It was a bit tricky putting it together as some instructions could be clearer & some screws were really difficult to remove before having to put them back in place. The media stand had no instructions so had to guess. Have to wear shoes to exercise as it’s very uncomfortable for the feet in just socks.

this was delivered today, 2 days earlier than expected. it did take two of us to put together, but we are 70 and 77 yr olds, so thats very good. Overall verdict is that it is really good, strong and sturdy and doesnt take up much room at all. Hubby waiting for knee replacements so couldnt manage it just yet, i had a couple of tries and at first i couldnt get the pedals to move, but i persevered and managed to get it going.

Love it
I love it, it adds another dimension to my fitness program. I am limited for space and its size makes it ideal. I find it gives me a good workout. I would definitely recommend this well made piece of equipment.
