Yoga workout
I do not consider this a work-out at all. It is a waste of time and money. I will not use it again. There is no value to it at all. You may as well just watch a TV program for all the benefit you get out of this tape. Stellar Yoga Instruction
This is an excellent yoga video, and not just for beginners. The pose guide seems like something to skip if you know some yoga, but don't! There are details about body position, muscle emphasis, and stretch that will change and improve the way you practice yoga, or start you off on the right foot. Great instructors!
I love this dvd! Rodney and Colleen are great instructors! They teach you the correct way to do the poses for beginners like me. They don't rush you through. I highly recommend this to anyone just beginning their yoga journey! I have been using this for a week and can tell a big difference in body and mind!
