According to the sizing chart, I'm a Large. While I could put it on, the cheek pads were way too snug. I advise on going one size up. The other thing that didn't work for me in particular: I have a Brake Free inertial activated brake light attached to my current helmet (Arai XD4) and there is no flat space to mount it on this one. That does not reflect on the quality and features of this lid.
