Upon arrival, I read the instructions, while charging the 2 batteries. I used the saw today and it greatly impressed! It is small and light but not a lightweight. It powerfully cut through tree branches that almost equalled the cutting length. I an extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this saw - and the seller!

However, as soon as I contacted the business seller, they were on the problem straight away. There had been a hitch in the supply chain, and the supplier provided updates, even over a bank holiday weekend! Goods were eventually delivered in perfect condition. I was impressed with the way they handled the problem and sorted it out asap. Ebay allows these false delivery times because they did nothing about it .
