    Perfect Title, Has its Character

    I experienced part of from my ex-husband except the physical beating and believe me I suffered trauma, PTSD and all I want is to work. But my divorced isn't over yet and living in fear. I can relate to the Author and I salute him for his bravery, consistency and determination. Given a chance, I would like to buy some in the future as gifts for friends and relatives.

    Very enjoyable and challenging. This is real self help.

    I bought this because Joe Rogan recommended this book on his show as an example of "Real" self help or motivation material. If I remember right he said the book makes you feel like going out and running up a mountain. It is a compelling, challenging and stimulating read from one of the most unique humans on the planet. David Goggings is awesome. If you are into self improvement, yes, I reccomend this book.
