    I have been using the cookbook for dinner ideas for years. My first one got destroyed. It's a great book to have available. Nothing like it.

    I absolutely love this book! It list easy to explain authentic recipes in thorough detail. I no longer have to buy premixed masalas & pastes, everything I need is in this book. If you're a fan of indian food or someone like myself who is Indian but needs precise instructions this is a must have book for you! *the only con is there aren't any pictures of the food.

  • Excellent book for learning to cook a wide variety of curries

    Excellent starting point for learning to cook Indian dishes, or for those looking to expand their repertoire. Plenty of dishes to try for many regions. I enjoy the contextual tidbits about ingredients and dishes...a bit of history, family tradition, regional indulgences , etc.
