Great for listening to audio books
I had one for years until it gave up the ghost and by then, they were no longer being sold in stores. So, I turned to eBay and I've purchased two more. I mistakenly thought the first replacement had gone on the fritz and quickly bought another one, only to find that the second one worked when I put in some good batteries. I've dropped one player at least three times with no ill effect...maybe that's the one thing that's bad about them, they are a little tricky to hang onto when you walk around with one that's tethered to headphones or a speaker.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Sony Walkman
It was difficult to find, because they are no longer being made, although they are the best of their kind, so to speak. I have always hated the design, specifically the location and accessibility of the batteries. Hard to get out! I am happy to have found one that is affordable, even though slightly damaged. High quality portable CD Player that lasts..
This item works perfectly... I knew it would be a great product because I already have one exactly like it that I've had for years and it still works. I needed more of these because I write songs and I still record them on CD's but Sony no longer makes them and the ones that are being sold now by Onn, or Jensen, do not last very long before they start skipping usually after 30 days of using them. Life saver
My Wife, who is is legaly blind, had one (which died) and depended on one to read books, was sick that Sony had discontinued the item. She had the extra,s and therefore was more tan happy to find one just like she needed. As stated, it is vehicle ready. No skipping due to bumps
This is my second unit like this. First one I’ve had for over 10 years. Use it while deer hunting, mowing fairways and at home while listening to auto books. This new one will be used in our 2019 truck since there is no longer a disk player in it. Found out there is a pin plug in the truck that plays thru the radio, way cool. Great Price, Use In Newer Vehicles Requires Additional Pieces
I purchased this unit to use in may car since CD players are no longer an option in vehicles. It became a little more difficult than I planned because there is also no audio input port on my vehicle. I can only connect this device via bluetooth so I had to also purchase a bluetooth transmitter. The CD player is fine and the price was excellent vs. purchasing new (and a decent new one is becoming very hard to find as nobody makes them now). If purchasing to use in your car, check to see if the is an audio input or be prepared to purchased a bluetooth transmitter. The auto makers assume everyone has a streaming service or has loaded their music onto a digital carrier. Sony cd walkman
