I either received a different unit or the post office broke it off in shipping. I did get the parts I needed, but if I need anything from the tone arm in the future it’s not possible. I do appreciate that the seller accepted my lower bid. Not the seller’s fault but the Post Office tracking is a joke. Item came two days later than initially quoted. I do recommend this seller.
