Once again, buying any crystal/ glass/ china is a huge risk despite the seller wrapping carefully and plastering FRAGILE tape over the box. I have no faith in Evri, Yodel - the worst - and now Royal Mail have let me down over the Christmas period. In our village we have had parcels thrown into hedges, behind walls and one was in a ditch.
