Gave seller benefit of the doubt in hopes to do business again. We both compromised to split the loss. Accountability is everything and they made good resolving the issue in a fair manner. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. Value and description-not so much due to the fact that the product was ruined unbeknownst to the seller.
