It did not have the original Packing (Factory) Box and had only paper wrapped around it inside the box. As a result the inside of the radio was broke and will not play. I notified the Post Office & they told me to notify the Sell to file a claim. I notified the him and sent him pictures. He said he filed & claim but he has not head back. Hoping to get this resolved.
