  Very nice jug, helpful seller, well packed though a bit of softer padding might have been good, and I would have been happier if the parcel had been labelled as fragile given I had mentioned concerns about delivery (which were justified as the parcel was left balanced on something in the garden even though I was home, happily it didn't fall off before I found it!).
